The Sherpa connection system for timber construction is one both sophistcated and simple. It resembles a dovetail joint, but instead of a timberframe connection engages two aluminimum plates for a high performance connection.
Load transfer is possible in all axes, and the connectors are available in a wide range of sizes to suit both geometry and load requirements.
